Aspiria Legal have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer to join one of the Region's leading UK Top 100 law firms as a Senior or Managing Associate within a forward-thinking and ambitious Property Litigation team. This role can be based from the Exeter, Bristol or Southampton offices The successful candidate will take on a key role in the team’s long-term growth, leading on a range of property litigation matters while supporting and supervising junior colleagues. The workload includes disputes involving development land (including telecoms), property contracts, and landlord and tenant issues such as dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture, and breach of lease covenants. In this role you will work closely with a broad client base including private clients as well as corporate clients and retailers, landowner developers, and property developers and investors, while building strong, long-lasting professional relationships. This fantastic opportunity will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, has expertise in contentious property matters, and takes a proactive approach to developing new and existing client relationships.
