One of the region's leading UK Top 100 law firms is now recruiting for a Senior/Managing Associate Employment Lawyer to work with their highly regarded team, working on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with a significant focus on tribunal claims, transactional support, strategic advice and employee relations advice to clients predominantly in the retail & consumer, private equity, developer and energy and infrastructure sectors.
The successful candidate will be tasked with leading business development initiatives, strengthening existing relationships by identifying cross-selling opportunities and converting new clients within our target sectors. Working as one team across our geographic spread, the commerciality of this team's approach, along with their industry and sector knowledge and excellent communication will enable you to deliver great business outcomes for your clients.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within an employment team of a leading law firm, as well as a proven track record across general advisory, corporate support and litigation. Skills and experience sought:
- Previous employment experience within a leading law firm
- Senior Associate or Managing Associate level candidates will be considered
- Experience in developing client relationships within the employment market
