This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation lawyer, ideally 5+ years' PQE, to join a Top 100 UK Firm within their Charities & Private Wealth Disputes team in either their Exeter, Bristol or Plymouth offices. The successful candidate will lead on property litigation matters for charity clients, covering lease disputes, rent reviews, boundary issues, possession proceedings, third-party rights, and more. Working within the multi-disciplinary Charities team, you will provide expert guidance to help preserve and protect clients’ property assets, optimise income, and maximise the value of their resources. The role also involves mentoring and supervising junior team members, building strong client relationships, and contributing to business development, enhancing the firm’s reputation as a trusted adviser to charitable organisations. Responsibilities:

Skills & Exeperience sought:
- 5+ years PQE with strong technical expertise in property disputes and the ability to manage matters independently.
- Experience with charities or not-for-profit organisations is desirable but not essential; probate litigation experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated with leadership qualities and a willingness to share knowledge and support the team.
- Proven ability to build client relationships and expand your network.
