The role will involve all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and buy-to-let/investment properties, working within a city-centre setting, which puts its client service at the forefront of everything they do. The firm operates with the assistance of a progressive case management system. Responsibilities include:
- Managing your own day to day caseload effectively
- Perform work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm’s risk management procedures
- Keep up to date with changes and developments in areas of law
- Build and maintain a network of contacts and referrers
