You’ll be working with a varied and high-quality caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and property work referred from private client colleagues and investor clients. The role offers autonomy, significant client contact and the chance to develop long-standing professional relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Residential Conveyancer at Associate or Senior Associate level looking to take the next step in their career within a firm that values technical excellence, professional development and client care.
Skills & experience sought:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with practicing rights or Licensed Conveyancer with strong residential conveyancing experience
- Proven ability to manage matters autonomously from instruction through to completion
- Client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a varied caseload
- A collaborative mindset and proactive attitude essential for success within the team
