In this role you will be providing clear strategic advice on development projects from inception to completion and representing a diverse client base including commercial property developers, housebuilders, registered providers and land promoters. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge in property law and a strong desire to work in a forward-thinking, collaborative team. This is a unique opportunity to join a specialist development team with a proven track record for delivering large-scale development, redevelopment, and regeneration projects. Skills and experience sought:
- Strong foundation in property law
- NQ-2 years' PQE
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Prior experience with residential/commercial property development and/or affordable housing is highly desirable but not essential
