A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Property solicitor/lawyer to join a busy, fast-paced Property team at a progressive firm in Truro. The team are looking for someone with previous experience working in Property Law. You will assist on both Residential & Commercial conveyancing matters such as, advising clients on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and equity release, lease extensions, shared ownership, and tenancy agreements, plus more... The ideal candidate will be someone who is proactive, ambitious and approachable, with a genuine interest in furthering their career in property law. Advising clients on:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages, transfer of equity, and equity release
- Lease extensions, shared ownership, and tenancy agreements
- Liaising with estate agents, brokers and clients to ensure seamless transactions
- Providing tailored legal advice to a diverse client base, including first-time buyers, families and investors
Skills & experience sought:
- Previous experience within Property law
- The ability to take on responsibility and manage files independently
- Excellent technical skills
- Client management experience
- Efficient file management skills
- Strong client focus and a commitment to service delivery
- Drive and enthusiasm
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Commercial awareness
