An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Paralegal to join a reputable law firm in Plymouth. This is a newly created position within a dedicated Auction Sales Team, established to manage an exciting new stream of work involving auction property sales from multiple auction houses. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the transactional elements of auction property sales. This will include preparing and compiling auction packs, drafting contracts, and managing transactions through to completion. As this work does not involve dealing with enquiries, it offers a focused and efficient role for those with strong transactional experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and compiling auction packs and contracts.
- Managing property transactions from exchange through to completion.
- Liaising with clients, auction houses, and relevant third parties to ensure smooth processes.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the growth and development of the new auction sales workstream.
Skills & Experience sought:
- Previous experience working within a property department, ideally in conveyancing or auction sales.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
