We're proud to be recruiting for one of the area's ambitious and continuously growing law firms, which has an opportunity to join the firm as an Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor / Lawyer within their highly regarded Private Client team, with a particular focus on Trusts. This is a great opportunity to join this Top 200 UK law firm, working either in their Exeter office, or in one of their other offices in the Southwest, with lots of flexibility, hybrid working and lots of trust in their people. This role would suit someone who is ambitious, pro-active, and enthusiastic, with great interpersonal skills. You will have focused on Trusts in your previous career history, ideally with experience in business development and networking skills to match. The right candidate will have a growth mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture.
Responsibilities and matters to include:
- Trust creation and advice
- Trust administration and compliance
- Managing Trust assets
- Advice on taxation
- Asset management and investment
- Beneficiary communication and education
Skills and experience sought:
- An experienced and qualified Private Client Solicitor with experience in Trusts, ideally already at Associate or Senior Associate level
- A credible and ambitious approach, who can get involved with business development activities
