The role will involve working on the preparation of Wills, administration of estates and Trusts and Powers of Attorney, so it's offering a broad caseload, within a city-centre setting, which puts its client service at the forefront of everything they do. The firm operates with the assistance of a progressive case management system. The firm has a loyal workforce, with a high retention of staff and a supportive culture where people's working hours and work patterns can be tailored to ensure that their people are able to balance work and life. Responsibilities include:
- Managing your own day to day caseload effectively
- Perform work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm’s risk management procedures
- Keep up to date with changes and developments in areas of law
- Build and maintain a network of contacts and referrers
- Hold a STEP qualification – if you do not already hold this qualification, the firm can support you in the relevant studies to achieve this standard.
Skills and experience sought:
- A qualified lawyer, with experience in Wills, Administration of Estates and Trusts, and Powers of Attorney
