Responsibilities to include:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of private client matters including wills, trusts, estates, and probate.
- Providing expert advice to high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning and wealth management.
- Leading client meetings and fostering strong relationships to understand and meet client needs.
- Assisting in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the firm's private client portfolio.
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting the firm’s strategic growth initiatives.
- Lead complex private client cases ensuring high standards of service and legal compliance.
- Build and maintain a network of professional relationships within the private client sector.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to serve the holistic needs of clients.
- Promote the firm’s reputation by delivering excellent client care and maintaining a professional profile within the community.
- Drive new business generation through targeted marketing and networking efforts.
Experience sought:
- Extensive experience in private client law, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
- Proven track record in managing a client portfolio and developing new business opportunities.
- Bringing a client following will be a great advantage.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Professional qualification as a solicitor or legal executive.
Hours and benefits:
- Salary starting at £95,000+ with potential for further progression.
- Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:15
