Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a diverse private client caseload, including Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Estate Planning
- Providing tailored legal advice to high-net-worth individuals and families
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on long-term service delivery
- Leading and mentoring members of the team
- Contributing to business development and firm growth strategies
- Overseeing all aspects of private client law with professionalism and integrity
- Ensuring compliance with legal standards and best practice guidelines
- Building and nurturing client relationships to generate repeat and referral work
- Keeping up-to-date with legal developments in private client law and sharing insights with the team
- Supporting the firm's reputation through high-quality legal work and excellent client service
Experience and skills required:
- Proven experience as a Private Client Lawyer, ideally at partner level or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Estate Planning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Leadership qualities with experience mentoring junior staff
- A professional, proactive, and adaptable approach to work
Hours and Benefits:
- Salary in the range of £70,000 - £80,000 plus fixed share bonus
- Flexible hybrid working arrangement
- Standard working hours of 09:00 – 17:15, with a supportive work-life balance
