One of Exeter's modern and supportive law firms is looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to lead and grow their team. Working closely with a Senior Partner within the firm, this role provides someone with the opportunity to step up from a non-leadership role, within a setting which is modern, commercial, yet not always as profit-driven as some of the larger firms. The team currently advises national and regional businesses, banks, developer, and landowner clients on all aspects of commercial property work including sales, purchases and leases.
This firm have continued to grow, both in size and reputation, over the past few years, to a point now where they have over 200 employees, with a fantastic head office in the city centre of Exeter. The offices are open plan and the firm enjoys an inclusive and diverse culture. Experience and skills sought:
- Commercial property lawyer with a minimum of circa 7+ PQE
- A credible, ambitious and client-focused approach
- The ability to think strategically and implement growth plans
- Ability and gravitas to lead and grow a team
- A track record in building and/or running a busy caseload within commercial property
Hours and Benefits:
- Monday to Friday = 08:45 - 17:00
- Hybrid and flexible working available (circa 2-3 days in the office for this role)
