Aspiria Legal are thrilled to be supporting a forward-looking, dynamic law firm in the wonderful city of Truro. The successful candidate will work directly in their Litigation and Family team, where they will act for individuals instructing the firm on a number of matters. You will be expected to advise clients, with support where required, in civil litigation matters, family law & commercial transactions. Key responsibilities:
- Handling new enquiries, taking messages and liaising with fee earners
- Taking client instructions & keeping all parties up to date over phone, email and in-person meetings
- General administration and housekeeping of files
- Initial drafting emails, letters, court documents and financial statements
Skills & experience sought:
- Previous experience within Family & Litigation
- The ability to take on responsibility and manage files, independently at times
- Excellent technical skills
- Client management experience
- Efficient file management skills
- Strong client focus and a commitment to service delivery
- Drive and enthusiasm
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
