We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join a highly regarded, top 100 UK law firm at Managing Associate or Principal Director level within their progressive Corporate team. They are looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career whether that’s building and shaping something with real ownership, or stepping into more complex, higher-value client work. You’ll be commercially minded, proactive and relationship-driven, with the ambition to contribute meaningfully to a team that has demonstrated sustained and strategic growth. This is an opportunity for someone to build and shape their own practice within the Bristol market, with the support in place to grow and develop their career accordingly.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll play a key role in advising on investment rounds, strategic growth initiatives (organic or through buy and build), group reorganisations and exit transactions.
- You’ll be encouraged to contribute to business development from day one and will receive support to engage in networking activities
- You’ll be trusted to build strong, long-term relationships and become a valued adviser.
About you:
- An existing network in the South West market is advantageous but not essential.
- Self-motivated and market focused.
- You will be keen to develop your skills with clients, seeking to understand the commercial context of their business and to gain confidence to provide the right advice at the right moment.
