One of Exeter's modern, ambitious and supportive regional law firms is looking for a Litigation Lawyer to join their team, to take on a range of civil and commercial litigation cases, but with a focus on disputed wills and trusts. This opportunity, which is at the 0-5 PQE level and will be ideal for someone with previous litigation experience and is looking to expand further on this. The team acts for businesses, charities, institutions, and high net worth individuals up and down the country on a broad range of litigation matters. They act in a variety of specialist sectors and markets, and you will have day to day conduct of files, and the team will help you build a caseload and develop your skills as a litigator.
This firm has continued to grow, both in size and reputation, over the past few years, to a point now where they have over 200 employees, with a fantastic head office. The offices are open plan and the firm enjoys an inclusive and diverse culture. This team works 2 days a week in the Exeter office (currently Tuesdays and Thursdays) and there is flexibility to work more regularly in the office if you prefer.
Experience and skills sought:
- Property litigation experience, 0-5 PQE
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to lead some of the more junior staff
- An enthusiastic approach to client care
Hours and Benefits:
