We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Administrator to join the Conveyancing Shared Services team at a leading UK law firm in either their Taunton or Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to begin or develop your career within a highly regarded firm, supporting a busy Conveyancing team while gaining valuable experience in legal operations and process-driven support.
In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring matters progress efficiently and clients receive a first-class service. You'll assist with opening new matters, preparing client documentation, maintaining accurate records, completing anti-money laundering checks, and managing day-to-day client communications. Working with modern case management systems, you'll play a key role in ensuring compliance, quality standards, and operational efficiency across the team.

About You:
- You will have previous experience in an administrative or operational support role, ideally within a busy office environment.
- Experience within a legal or regulated environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
- You will be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using new systems are essential.
- You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
- A proactive approach, commitment to quality, and enthusiasm for continuous improvement will help you succeed in this role.
