Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to lead their established team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the department in either their Chippenham or Salisbury offices. This is a rare leadership opportunity for an accomplished Commercial Property Solicitor, or an ambitious senior lawyer ready to step into their first Head of Department role. Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing the Commercial Property department, providing guidance and support to the wider team.
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development work.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts.
- Driving business development initiatives and identifying opportunities to grow the department.
- Supporting the firm's wider growth strategy and contributing to long-term business planning.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal advice and exceptional client service.
- Playing a key role in shaping the future direction and success of the Commercial Property team.
About you:
- Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in Commercial Property.
- An experienced leader or an ambitious senior lawyer ready to step into a leadership position.
- Commercially minded with a strong interest in business development and growing client relationships.
- A client following or established referrer network would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Motivated by progression and keen to work towards Partnership.
- Collaborative, approachable and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
