Aspiria Legal are proud to be supporting a leading international law firm in their search for a Corporate Associate with an Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure (ENRI) focus to join their Bristol office. The team advises across all ENRI asset classes - including mining, power (renewables and conventional), oil & gas, digital infrastructure - with a strong emphasis on cross-border transactions. Their clients include corporates, investment funds, development finance institutions, governments, and commercial banks.
You will join a highly regarded, collaborative team, working on high-profile deals alongside leading lawyers with deep sector expertise.
Skills and Experience Sought:
- 1-4 years’ PQE in private M&A within a national or international firm
- Experience with ENRI asset classes preferred
- Strong drafting skills with excellent attention to detail
- Commercial, proactive approach with a “one team” mindset
- Strong academic record and excellent communication skills
