Aspiria Legal are proud to be partnering with a leading Top 100 UK law firm looking to recruit a talented and client-focused Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing Bristol office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor in the early stages of their post-qualification career, ideally around 2 years’ PQE, to join a highly regarded team working on high-quality commercial property matters. The successful candidate will become part of an established and respected Real Estate team, supporting a diverse national client base while gaining valuable client exposure and early responsibility.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team environment, with a clear progression path, working alongside experienced senior colleagues who are committed to mentoring and providing genuine opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Working on a varied caseload which will cover landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, development and property finance.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Real Estate team and wider firm departments.
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to client growth opportunities.
Skills & Experience sought:
- NQ - 3 PQE (If at NQ level, experience working as a Paralegal or a double seat within your training contract in Commercial Property is desired)
- Experience handling a broad range of commercial property transactions
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law and practice
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritise effectively
- Commercially aware with a practical and solution-focused approach
