We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded and forward-thinking Top 100 UK law firm within their successful Commercial Property team based in their Southampton, Bristol or Exeter offices. This position would suit an experienced solicitor at Senior/Managing Associate level who is looking to work in a strong team where they can gain greater responsibility within a collaborative and supportive environment. The role offers exposure to a varied and high-quality workload, acting for a diverse client base, mentoring junior colleagues in the team and getting involved with the business development side of things.
Responsibilities:
- Advising on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management.
- Handling landlord and tenant matters such as lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews and break options.
- Acting for a wide range of clients including investors, developers, corporate occupiers and asset managers.
- Supporting strategic asset management projects and providing commercially focused legal advice.
- Working closely with colleagues across other practice areas to deliver seamless client service.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities.
- Mentoring junior colleagues and helping with their development.
About you:
- Senior/Managing Associate with experience in a variety of commercial property transactions and asset management matters.
- Ability to effectively support and encourage colleagues.
- Commercially aware with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to continue developing your technical expertise.
