We're proud to be recruiting for one of the area's ambitious and continuously growing Top 200 UK law firms, which has an opportunity to join as a Commercial Property Partner. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Solicitor from Senior Associate to Partner level to join this highly successful team in their relatively new Exeter office. Their team have a varied and high-quality caseload from commercial leases to property development (options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements), as well as a growing renewables sector. You will play a key role in the team supporting clients with all elements of commercial property matters whilst also being instrumental in executing the firm's growth strategy and will be involved in all things business development whilst having the support of a dedicated and efficient team.
In addition to looking for someone with a commercial property expertise, we are looking for a team player who values every member of the team and wider firm and their contribution to the success of this firm, which has the benefit of being a larger firm but who pride themselves on having maintained the flexibility, collaborative nature and welcoming environment of a smaller firm.
Skills and experience sought:
- An experienced and qualified Commercial Property Lawyer, ideally already at Senior Associate or Partner level
- PQE level is taken into account, but the firm has an approach based more on output and expertise over just purely PQE level
- A credible and ambitious approach, who can get involved with business development activities
