We're looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing, client-focused Property team in either Chippenham or Salisbury where you'll play a key role in shaping the department's continued success. You'll manage a varied commercial property caseload, delivering a seamless, high-quality service while working alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative and supportive environment. This role would suit a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive. Responsibilities:
- Managing a high-quality caseload including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development work.
- Liaising with clients with clear communication
- Providing clear, practical legal advice.
- Proactively identifying and managing legal risks while delivering an excellent client experience.
- Supporting business development initiatives and helping to build long-term client relationships.
About you:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience managing your own caseload.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
