One of the region's growing and successful law firms is looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer, ideally with at least 3 years' PQE. This person could work from the firm's Exeter office, although they would also consider people working from their other offices around East Devon and Somerset, while also offering flexible and hybrid working. While general Commercial Property law knowledge and expertise is what we are primarily seeking for this role, we are also keen to speak to candidates who can bring specialist knowledge to the team. This is a non-litigious team, dealing purely with work of a transactional or commercial nature. This team works from several offices, and the role provides flexibility for working from home to allow for a good work/life balance. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working team player who has excellent attention to detail and a good work ethic. You must be confident in your skills with a demonstrable ability to manage files independently. This firm has been continuing to grow over the past few years and has had a really positive feel around the team, with some excellent hires into the team and an extremely positive culture.
Experience sought:
- Commercial Property Lawyer (SRA or CILEX), ideally with 3 years' PQE and above
- A professional and credible approach
- An enthusiastic and supportive person
- Good computer skills
Hours and Benefits:
- Monday to Friday (09:00 - 17:30 or similar)
