Aspiria Legal are working with a highly respected, modern law firm in Plymouth that is looking to expand its commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, well-regarded law firm with a strong reputation for quality work and client service. You will work alongside an experienced commercial team and gain exposure to a wide range of matters, including corporate sales and acquisitions, shareholder and investor agreements & drafting and advising on commercial contracts. This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys variety, as you’ll work with a diverse client base - from owner-managed businesses and start-ups to national groups and long-established companies. They are ideally looking for a qualified lawyer, however, they will also consider someone who is an experienced Paralegal in Commercial/Corporate law.
Skills & Experience Sought:
- Have 2+ PQE, with at least 1 year's experience in commercial/corporate matters
- Be confident in managing your own caseload
- Be proactive in promoting the firm, developing networks, and supporting business development
- Demonstrate professionalism, organisation, competence, enthusiasm, and ambition
- Be committed to ongoing learning and willing to seek guidance to further develop their skills
