We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Property solicitor/lawyer, looking to join a successful Residential & Rural Property team at one of the Southwest's leading law firms. This provides the opportunity of working within a busy, reputable and successful team in their Exeter, Bristol or Plymouth office. This role has been created due to the ongoing growth and development of the team. You will work with an array of clients including private individuals and financial institutions including those with substantial estates and high value rural properties, and as such, you will be afforded high levels of responsibility from the outset, with exposure to high value, complex, quality work. The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with high-net-worth clients with an agricultural twist. There may be the potential to grow the team in future, as the caseload grows.
Skills and experience sought:
- Solicitor / CILEx with strong experience behind them already within commercial property
- Previous fee-earning experience with high-net-worth clients
- A minimum of 3 years' PQE
- Agriculture experience would be highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to be able to build and forge strong client relationships
- Good commercial judgement, with the ability to find the best possible outcome for clients
