Aspiria Legal has an exciting opportunity for an Associate/Senior Associate level Solicitor to join a leading Private Client team within one of the top law firms in the Southwest. The successful candidate will have experience in Private Client work, working on non-contentious matters. You will be joining a highly regarded and successful team advising individuals, families, and their advisors on a wide range of private client work. You’ll work on high-value matters including estate and succession planning, trusts, tax structuring probate and wealth preservation. You’ll play a central role in managing client relationships by delivering tailored legal solutions and contributing to the strategic growth of our Private Wealth practice. Whether you’re advising entrepreneurs, landowners, family-owned business or international clients, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that delivers clear and commercially focused advice.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on broad range of private client matters including wills, probate, LPA’s and more.
- Support and/or manage complex probate and estate administration matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver integrated advice – particularly in tax, real estate and/or corporate departments.
- Depending on your experience level, you will supervise and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the growth of the team.
- Play an active role in business development and networking to enhance your profile and the firm’s presence in the region.
Skills & Experience sought:
- Experience in private client or private wealth law.
- A STEP qualification (or working towards it) is desirable.
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to client service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for mentoring and team development.
