One of the Southampton's leading law firms has an exciting opportunity for an Associate level Real Estate Solicitor (circa 3-5 PQE) to join their Commercial Property team. This role will offer the opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial property transactions, within an already successful yet growing team. Responsibilities include:
- Advise on a broad range of commercial property and asset management matters, including acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management.
- Handle landlord and tenant work such as lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews and break options.
- Act for a wide variety of clients including investors, developers, corporate occupiers and asset managers.
- Support strategic asset management projects, delivering practical and commercial legal solutions.
- Collaborate with specialists in other practice groups to deliver joined-up advice.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
Skills and experience sought:
- Circa 3-5 PQE in commercial property law
- Someone comfortable managing their own matters while contributing to team objectives.
