One of the region's top law firms are looking for a Private Client Solicitor / Lawyer, to join their busy and successful Trusts and Estates team in either their Bristol or Exeter offices. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and prestigious law firm, with the opportunity of forging a long-lasting career. The team advise on wills and succession planning, trusts, probate and the administration of estates, tax, tax risk planning, the structing of art, heritage, cultural or other unique assets, and wealth preservation more generally. Their clients are often high net worth individuals, business owners, executors and trustees alongside a large number of farmers and landowners in the region, meaning you will have a varied caseload, working for an array of different clients. From the outset you can expect exposure to high quality work, whilst being entrusted with a high level of responsibility.
Experience and skills required:
- circa 4-6 years' PQE, although we have flexibility on this
- Previous experience of working with a Private Client team and dealing with similar work
- A hard-working ethic, a credible approach and a dynamic personality
- Confident in dealing directly with clients and building long-term relationships
