Aspiria Legal are proud to be partnering with a highly regarded, top 100 UK law firm in the search for an Associate or Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join their thriving Dispute Resolution team in Bristol. You'll work alongside experienced litigators on a varied caseload for an impressive client base spanning local, national and international businesses, financial institutions and public sector organisations. Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on a broad range of complex commercial disputes.
- Acting on matters including fraud, injunctive relief, shareholder and company disputes, contentious data protection, professional negligence and insurance coverage disputes.
- Handling disputes arising from outsourced services contracts, SaaS agreements, platform development projects and distribution arrangements.
- Managing warranty claims, financial services disputes and other high-value commercial litigation matters.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients while delivering commercially focused legal advice.
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider firm to provide seamless client service.
- Contributing to business development initiatives and supporting the continued growth of the Dispute Resolution team.
About you:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in commercial dispute resolution.
- Strong technical experience across a broad range of commercial litigation matters.
- Commercially minded with excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Ambitious and proactive, with a genuine interest in developing your practice and progressing your career.
- A client following would be advantageous but is not essential.
